Tuesday night was the annual Riverside Drive Ice Cream Social, which is always a big hit and this year the big thing was that we had excellent weather!!! Potter and Molly wasted no time picking out their bowls of ice cream and then topping them with sprinkles, chocolate, and then getting a cupcake to go with all that! Caleb wasn't interested in the ice cream (he is related to me????) but he had fun going up and down the steps while the other kids ate. Then it was off to a very crowded playground, as it was so nice, every kid who lives in the neighborhood must have been at this park. Sadly, the man who was supposed to come and open the carousel for rides didn't show up and that was the main thing that Caleb wanted. All day it had been 'ride horsey, ride horsey' and then he could not ride the horsey at all. But he survived on the playground and that was good enough!!!
