As a bad parent, I did NOT photograph all the kids making their individual batches of applesauce with Dave. I did, however, manage to get a few shots of Dave and Caleb making their infamous 'red' applesauce, where they leave the skins on to manipulate the color. They used a secret ingredient of lemon to bring out some of the flavors. And you gotta love the food mill to get the yummy parts in and the skins and stuff out!!

Oh, that looks like fun. Hmmm ... could you spike applesauce or would that be wrong?
