Our first night on the road we stayed at a (nameless) hotel, and as is our usual, we went out for dinner at Outback and then we had to come back and assess the reliability of the beds, so we let the children jump on them. See why we have to be anonymous with the hotel name?? They only let you have 2 kids in your room (???) so we had to do a little trickery with getting in. What we were supposed to let Caleb have his own room????

No kid can resist jumping on the bed. I've even been known to to do at some (unnamed) conference hotels. wlm
We always went through that too with 3 kids, no I'm not paying for a second room, just say you have 2 and sneak one in.
